General Terms & Conditions

1. Conclusion of a contract

You may register for all our offers, the so called «Swiss Experiences» by phone, in writing or via our website. We limit the number of participants for the purpose of assuring high quality. Registration will be processed in chronological order of the lodging of applications. We do offer our presentations and seminars, as well in German. Good verbal language skills are required depending on whether you register for a German or English seminar or presentation. Make sure to check in advance in which language our «Swiss Experiences» will be provided. The contract will become effective after the confirmation of your registration by Swiss Nuggets.

2. Payment conditions

After having received the invoice, which shows the value-added tax number, you have to pay the seminar/coaching fee. The seminar fee includes the participation fee including snacks and lunch as well as a one-hour follow-up coaching in German, English, French or Italian.

3. Location

All seminars take place in the cities or regions listed in the seminar description. Details regarding the locations will be provided with the confirmation of participation.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling and transfer of registration

Please inform GLiNT GmbH in writing if you want to cancel, reschedule or transfer your registration. The cancellation fee depends on the date at which GLiNT GmbH receives your written notice. If you cancel you registration up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the seminar you do not have to pay any cancellation fee. Afterwards, the complete seminar fee will be due. If you nominate a substitute to attend the seminar in your place, you do not have to pay a cancellation fee. Any deviating conditions for coachings and „Swiss Packages“ can be retained from the individual offer.

5. Exclusion from the seminar, presentation or one-day Tours

Swiss Nuggets reserves the right to exclude one or several participants from the seminar, presentations or the one-day Excursion, for well-founded reasons. In the following cases, the total seminar and/or Excursion fee will have to be paid, i.e. there will be no reimbursement of a certain proportion of the fee or waiver of the seminar fee: exclusion from the seminar due to non-payment of the seminar fees or due to insult, harassment, or intentional damage to property.

6. Privacy Policy / Data Protection

This privacy policy provides details about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and usage of your personal information by the provider of this website (Swiss Nuggets, Rütihofstrasse 23, 8713 Uerikon, Switzerland) when visiting this website. Personal information is any information that identifies you or would enable someone to contact you, such as your name, email address, phone number and other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing. It is collected and used only by the provider of this website if this is permitted by law or the user agrees to it.

When visiting the swissnuggets.com website you may decide which information you want to provide to us. None of your personal data is captured when you visit the swissnuggets.com website. However, if you register for a presentation, seminar or a one-way excursion, if you request a non-binding offer we do need your name and address. We will treat any data you send us via the Internet or by e-mail as strictly confidential.

7. Liability

Swiss Nuggets is not liable for any damages arising within the scope of the seminars, events, and trips organised by Swiss Nuggets. Therefore, participants shall make sure that they have sufficient insurance cover. Swiss Nuggets is not liable for theft and loss of any objects.

8. Access data and log files

The provider or the hosting provider of this website collects information of every access to this website and stores it into log files. For every request of a webpage this information includes: name of the requested webpage or file, date and time of the request, browser name and version, operating system name and version, IP address and internet service provider of the requester

The collected information is used for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the website only. However, the provider of this website reserves the right to view or subsequently review the log files, for example if there is a legitimate suspicion about an illegal usage of this service.

9. Approach

When contacting the provider of this website, for example via contact form or email, the information submitted by the user is stored by the provider. This storage takes place for the purpose of processing and answering the user’s request. In general, the storage of the request occurs perpetually (historicisation).

Please note that data submitted via email is generally not transferred in encrypted form.

10. Alterations

The organizer reserves the right to change the location of the seminar if required. Participants will be informed in due time about any such changes. Moreover, GLiNT GmbH reserves the right to nominate a substitute seminar facilitator if the original seminar facilitator is unable to run the seminar, or to cancel the seminar if the required number of registrations for a seminar has not been achieved. If GLiNT GmbH cancels a seminar, the fees that have already been paid will be reimbursed. GLiNT GmbH will not be liable for any other reasons.

11. Copyright & trademarks

The entire contents of the swissnuggets.com website are protected by copyright law. All rights belong to Swiss Nuggets. The photos on this website are copyrighted material and belong to swissnuggets.com or third parties.

The elements on the swissnuggets.com website are only freely accessible for browsing purposes. Duplication of the material or parts of it in any written or electronic form is not permitted. The swissnuggets.com website may not be reproduced, transmitted, modified, linked or used for public or commercial purposes.

12. Place of Jurisdiction

All legal relationships between the participant and Swiss Nuggets are subject to Swiss law. Meilen, Switzerland, has been agreed upon as the place of exclusive jurisdiction.
